Inexpensive Plate Wall

White Wallers! Here is a to technique to add a beautiful, inexpensive plate wall for your home.

~The Supplies~

Liquid Nails
D-Rings
Nails
Hammer
Paper (Newspaper, Construction paper, Notebook Paper)
Scissors
Scotch Tape

~The Steps~

Step 1

Trace your plates on paper and cut them out. Arrange them on the wall with tape until you find a design you like.

Step 2

Apply ample liquid nails and D-Rings directly to the back of your plates. Do not apply to stickers or price tags. It will tear while hanging and your plates will fall. Let liquid nails and D-Rings cure AT LEAST 48 hours before attempting to hang.

Step 3

Once you find a design and your plates have cured t least 48 hours, hammer your nail at the top center of your cut out. This will be where your D-ring will hang. Once you hammer your nail, hang you plate and make sure it is centered and even. If you are satisfied, remove the cut out from under the plate. Repeat for every plate.

What D-rings did you use? I see quite a few on amazon, but I want to make sure I get the right ones before I attach them to my plates.
